Bookings must be made 1 month prior to event date. Once you fill out the inquiry, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
We require a non-refundable booking fee of $150 to SAVE THE DATE and start planning your event. This includes phone/email/text consultation, design and product research. Please note: The non-refundable booking fee WILL go towards your grand total.
Remaining balance MUST BE PAID IN FULL 2 WEEKS to date of installation. Late payment will result in the cancellation of your booking and lost of your non-refundable booking fee.
There is an installation fee of 15%
Miles are calculated from the distance of Dolly's Dream Balloon to the event address
0 - 15 miles: $10
16 - 30 miles: $25
31 - 45 miles: $40
46 - 60 miles: $55
We require at least 3 hours before start time of event for installation. We will touch base with you the week of your event to confirm install time.
Once balloons are installed, Dolly's Dream Balloon cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons, however, balloons can be adversely affected by factors such as weather or rough handling.
We use wall safe hooks and tape if we are not attaching to a permanent fixture. In unexpected circumstances or if improperly removed, there is a risk of wall damage.
At Dolly's Dream Balloon, we are dedicated to providing top-notch local services to our clients. That is why we use premium quality balloons only. The balloons used are made from 100% natural biodegradable latex, free of fillers, extenders or plasticisers and nitrosamine free.
We discourage outdoor balloon installations in extreme heat or cold weather. The heat causes the balloons to expand and pop, while the cold causes deflation. We will not install in rain or strong winds.
You are assuming the risk of any injuries or any damage that may occur through any service or product provided by Dolly's Dream Balloon. This includes, but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, choking or allergies.
When Dolly's Dream Balloons stands and props are rented and/or used for your event. Dolly's Dream team will return to pick up all original stands, props and tear down and clean up service will be free of charge.
However, if the client did not rent and/or there was no use of Dolly's Dream Balloon stands or props. Dolly's Dream Balloon team will NOT return to de-install, all balloons and materials will belong solely to customer once paid for.
* If you are in need of tear down and clean up service, please schedule with original order. The cost to de-install is $50. This is dependent on availability and MUST BE scheduled with original order.
All sales are final. Refunds are not available for balloon installations.
